Responsibilities:
- Perform facility opening and closing procedures.
- Manage all personnel on each shift.
- Oversee service, take the lead resolving issues, and cover when the GM is off duty.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure those daily cash drawers, and credit cards are balanced.
- Ensure that all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists are being completed correctly.
- Achieve operational objectives.
- Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.
Skills:
- 2+ years of Restaurants.
- 1+ years of Leadership Experience.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem-solving and conflict resolution.

- $18 - $20 an hour.
